World Japan announces tournament

Riki Choshu announced today a tournament for the WMG Heavyweight title, which had been vacant ever since Kensuke Sasaki left World Japan almost a full year ago. Choshu says the gate is open for anyone interested, and announced himself as the first entrant! Choshu even went as far as to call out current champions of other promotions to take part and prove who the "World's Strongest" really is! When asked about the state of the equally vacant WMG Tag Titles, Choshu replied that matter will be handled at a later date. No date or venue so far have been announced, but Korakuen Hall is a likely candidate to host the event given World Japan's current financial status.
