MUSCLE-1 formed

The formation of a new promotion called MUSCLE-1 was formally announced, and is the ran by the same masterminds behind the recent WRESTLE-WAR show. The company will feature all gaijin talent from the various puro-promotions as well as outsiders and freelancers from around the world. The date for the first show was announced for 12/30/2005 at Korakuen Hall, with the first announced match is a rematch from WRESTLE-WAR in "Nature Boy" Ric Flair VS "The King of Old School" Steve Corino. Their WRESTLE-WAR bout was highly praised, and the same is to be expected in this rematch. Also announced was the first ever singles meeting of two Samoan monsters as Jamal face Samoa Joe in a highly anticipated singles match, stemming from the tag confrontation at WRESTLE-WAR where Jamal pinned Joe.
